Shipping & Delivery

Each merchant who sells incredible deals on Tactical Deals Marketplace will decide what method they use to ship; FedEx, USPS, UPS, or any alternative options. Shipping costs will be determined by the seller and may depend on the size & weight of your purchases. Shippings costs for your order will be shown at checkout. For further information about specific shipping information, history and policies, please contact the sponsoring merchant directly.

Privacy & Security

Returns & Replacements

If you need to return a product, please contact the merchant who sponsored the deal and fulfills your order. The return policy varies for each product and merchant who listed it. Generally merchants who list products on Tactical Deals do not offer a return, refund or exchange except for items received damaged or defective on arrival (DOA). Before returning an item, most merchants require obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Orders that are returned or refused by the customer may require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) to be accepted and processed. There may also be a fee associated with returns. In the unlikely event you need to return an item, please contact the sponsoring merchant directly for complete details. We can assist you in the process but do not accept any returns to our address as we do not carry the products that are sold.


Ordering with Tactical Deals is quick and easy, but it does require you to have an account. You can create one at any time (whether you order or not) or during checkout.

1. Choose the product(s) you want to purchase.
2. Click "Buy Now", you will be redirected to the shopping cart.
3. Change the quantity (QTY) of each product if desired.
4. Click "Proceed to Checkout"
5. Log in or proceed to complete the one-page-checkout with details. If you do not have an account, checkout will create one for you.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We only accept three (3) major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All payment methods require a U.S. billing address. For your protection, your credit card number is safely transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault, and never stored on our servers. Your Credit Card will be charged immediately upon placing your order.We do not accept American Express, foreign cards, checks or money orders.

Viewing Orders

You can log in to your Tactical Deals account and check your order history, where you can verify that your order went through. If it's not there, the order did not go through. If you see that funds were removed from your account, please allow 3-5 business days for the hold to be released.

Updating Account Information

To update any of your account information, Click Here and log in if prompted. You can then click on the Edit link next to the information that you would like to change. Once you have changed the information, click on the Save button.
